Terms of use

The game

Echobound is a free game in closed testing. By playing it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. You must be 16 or older.

Testing builds

Test builds are unfinished. Progress, ranks, Echoes and accounts may be reset or removed while we test, and the game may be unavailable at times. It is provided "as is", without warranties, as far as the law allows.

Fair play

Don't cheat, modify the game or its traffic, attack or overload our servers, or use the game to harass anyone. We may remove Echoes, reset or close accounts that break these rules.

Your account and Echoes

Your game account is personal. The boards you build are shown to other players as Echoes; you allow us to store and show them for that purpose. You can delete your data at any time in Profile › Help & privacy.

Our content

The game, its art, music and text belong to the Echobound team. You may share screenshots and videos of your games.

Purchases

Test builds have no real-money purchases. If that changes, the store's terms and these terms will say how.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Questions: support@echobound.app.
